Our room was well-appointed and brand-new, with a balcony and a terrace. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive and took care of us. The property's location was excellent, in the center of the mattress.

We stayed in a hotel that had a great location, down the street from local markets and right next to the beautiful parks which house the thermal baths. Our room also had a lovely view of the pool. We enjoyed the friendly service and delicious breakfast every morning.

As youngsters, we loved the location of the hotel. It was in close proximity to the Christmas market and festivities, providing a joyful atmosphere. The staff decorated the hotel for Christmas, adding to the festive spirit. The receptionists, personnel, and the owner provided outstanding service. The lobby was cozy and comfortable, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient services like ironing. We also enjoyed the clean and well-kept swimming pool and garden area.

I recently stayed at Hotel Settentrionale in Montecatini for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even changing our room when we requested. The location is excellent, with free parking nearby. The communal areas are inviting and relaxing. The rooms are clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The restaurant offers delicious food and the waitstaff is friendly. The pool and free bike rental were great amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.
